So you have some health problems which you would like some advice on, however, you would not like to personally consult your own physician. You read your local newspapers, and there is an advice columnist, who specifically deals with health matters. You decide that is who you will consult with your health issue.
.At the bottom of every advice column is the address to where you want to mail(or email)your letter. Write it down.
.Begin your letter(or email)by writing "Dear Dr. or Dear Nurse, etc."
.Get straight to the point of the particular health problem you believe you may have.
.Ask which ever questions which are on your mind.
.Give as much info about yourself as possible.
.Conclude your letter with your own name or a pseudonym.
